I work on infrastructure and data platforms, and on the teams that build them. I currently lead data-platform work at a clinical-AI company. Independently, I consult on platform architecture, engineering leadership, and training.

Most of my work has been close to the infrastructure layer — building data and platform systems, and building the teams that run them. That covers architecture and cost at one end and org design and mentoring at the other, which is why the consulting splits the way it does.
